°. Provisión de los empleos . La provisión de los empleos creados en el presente decreto, deberá efectuarse de manera gradual, hasta la concurrencia de las apropiaciones de gastos de personal y se dará cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 71 del Decreto número 111 de 1996.
