Entrega de la mercancía por rescate . Subsanados los errores cuando ello proceda, que motivaron la aprehensión de mercancías, la autoridad aduanera verificará la correcta liquidación y pago del rescate. Cuando se encuentre inconsistencias en otros aspectos contenidos en la declaración de importación, la dependencia competente remitirá los antecedentes para que se inicie el proceso administrativo que corresponda, sin perjuicio de la entrega de la mercancía.
