El Gobierno celebrará con el Colegio un contrato para concederle la subvención de que trata esta Ley, por el cual éste se obliga a sostener cinco (5) becas para jóvenes de familias pobres de la Provincia de Tequendama, las que adjudica el Gobierno por conducto de la Secretaría de Educación Pública de Cundinamarca.
