Los Mayores, Capitanes, Tenientes, Sargentos, Cabos y Guardianes de los establecimientos carcelarios y penitenciarios que dependen del Ministerio de Justicia, lo mismo que los Directores y Subdirectores de dichos establecimientos deberán laborar o estar disponibles durante todo el tiempo que lo requieran las necesidades propias del servicio.
