Las actas y diligencias de las visitas a los establecimientos de detenidos se llevarán en un libro especial, foliado y rubricado; en ellas se hará constar cuanto sucediere en la visita y se insertarán las providencias que se dictaren. El acta será hecha por el secretario del juez o Magistrado que presidiere y será firmada por todos los funcionarios que concurrieren a la visita.
