° . Financiación de Vivienda . Los recursos destinados a la financiación de vivienda para los afiliados al Fondo de Previsión Social de Notariado y Registro "Fonprenor" en liquidación serán administrados por la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, a través de un fondo o sistema especial de manejo de cuentas, sin personería jurídica, ni estructura administrativa, ni planta de personal propia. El traslado definitivo de estos recursos deberá estar concluido antes del 31 de octubre de 1997.
