La cantidad a que se refiere el artículo anterior, será entregada a una junta especial formada por el gobernador del departamento del cauca, el Cura Párroco, el presidente del concejo municipal, el personero y el alcalde de Timbio; cantidad que será invertida en las obras municipales que determine el concejo municipal.
