°. Régimen de transición. La Superintendencia Financiera ·de Colombia contará con un (1) año, a partir de la publicación del presente decreto, para expedir las instrucciones aquí establecidas. Las disposiciones establecidas en los artículos 2°, 3°, 4°, 5° y 6° del presente decreto deberán ser cumplidas a más tardar dentro de los (2) años siguientes a su publicación, atendiendo las instrucciones mencionadas eh el inciso anterior.
