Articulo sesenta y nueve. Las vacaciones remuneradas de los Jueces Promiscuos y Penales Municipales, serán concedidas por la Sala Penal de los respectivos Tribunales, individualmente. En estos casos serán llamados los suplentes; si no los hubiere, el Tribunal designará Jueces Interinos. Cuando a juicio de la Sala Penal no resultare aconsejable conceder las vacaciones, éstas se compensarán en dinero.
