De la pérdida de la prima técnica . El cambio de empleo implica la pérdida del derecho a disfrutar de la prima técnica asignada. Sin embargo, siempre que se den las condiciones establecidas en el presente Decreto, el Ministro o Jefe de Departamento Administrativo correspondiente podrá solicitar nuevamente su asignación.
