Incumplimiento . Sin perjuicio de las medidas de control aduanero que procedan en el marco de la normatividad aduanera, cuando el receptor desvíe, se apropie, o haga mal uso de una donación, los productos se considerarán fraudulentos, y en consecuencia, serán objeto de las medidas sanitarias y de las sanciones previstas en las normas vigentes en la materia.
