Como una contribución al esfuerzo del Municipio de Yolombó, y con destino a sus más urgentes obras públicas, de conformidad con la Ley de 1946, destínase la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) moneda legal, para las obras de energía eléctrica, acueducto y construcciones escolares que adelanta el Municipio según convenios celebrados con Electrificadora de Antioquia, S.A., Sociedad de Acueductos y Alcantarillados de Antioquia, S.A., y Secretaría de Educación del Departamento de Antioquia, respectivamente.
