Si el concepto de la Comisión Revisora fuere desfavorable se pondrá en conocimiento del solicitante, quien tendrá un término de noventa (90) días calendario a partir de la fecha de notificación para objetarlo y, en general, hacer las observaciones que crea pertinente. Los conceptos de la Comisión Revisora, cualquiera que fuere su sentido, deberán ser escritos y motivados.
