Articulo 98 . Cambio de razón social o del fabricante . Cuando el titular o fabricante de una bebida alcohólica con registro sanitario cambia su razón social, deberá solicitar la modificación de la resolución por la cual se concedió el registro sanitario. La solicitud para cambio de razón social deberá presentarse a la división de vigilancia de productos bioquímicos del ministerio de salud, acompañada de: a). Certificado de la cámara de comercio en la cual figure la nueva razón social. b). Recibo de pago de publicación en el diario oficial. c). Poder si fuere el caso.
