Banco de proyectos. La ART creará un banco de proyectos en el cual se inscribirán los proyectos contenidos en los PATR. Para soportar este banco utilizará el Sistema Unificado de Inversiones y Finanzas Públicas del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
