º . No podrá ser matriculado como Agente de Viajes quien cumpliendo todos los requisitos, se halle en alguno de los siguientes casos

Quien se encuentre bajo interdicción judicial, y

Quien con posterioridad a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este Decreto, haya sido condenado a pena privativa de la libertad por la comisión de delitos dolosos.
