Artículo único. En las Aduanas de la República donde los derechos de importación sean pagaderos ó pagados en moneda de plata á la ley 0,835, los Administradores se ellas no harán efectivo sobre las respectivas liquidaciones el recargo adicional del 100 por 100 de que trata el Decreto número 507 de 1901 (Diario Oficial número 11,488).

Parágrafo

Este Decreto principiará á regir el día 1.°. de Noviembre próximo venidero y su observancia tendrá lugar desde la misma fecha.
