A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, los Gerentes Generales o Presidentes de los Bancos del Estado, Popular, el Gerente del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, y el Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, Fogafín, el Gerente de Interconexión Eléctrica, ISA, y el Presidente de la Financiera Energética Nacional, FEN, tendrán un sueldo básico mensual de tres millones novecientos cincuenta y tres mil pesos ($3.953.000) moneda corriente.
