Artículo único . Redúcese desde el día 1° de Mayo próximo el impuesto de quince centavos por kilogramo que actualmente se cobra sobre el consumo de tabaco de producción nacional, en la forma siguiente : De 1° de Mayo á 30 de Junio próximo pagará cada kilogramo $ 0-14; de1 1° de Julio á 31 de Agosto cada kilogramo pagará $ 0-13; de 1.° de Septiembre á 31 de Octubre pagará cada kilogramo $ 0-12, y de 1,° de Noviembre á 31 de Diciembre pagará cada kilogramo $ 0-11, y del 1.° de Enero de 1909 en adelante pagará cada kilo $ 0-10 Comuníquese y publíquese.
