Art. 9.° Cada comerciante principal gozará del sueldo de doscientos cincuenta y esos ($ 250) mensuales. Los suplentes tienen derecho al sueldo que corresponda al principal por el tiempo que lo reemplacen efectivamente; y el Magistrado de la Corte de Cuentas gozará de un sobresueldo á razón de cuatro pesos ($ 4) por cada sesión á que asista.
