INTEGRACIÓN NORMATIVA. En lo no dispuesto en el presente decreto y en cuanto no se oponga a lo aquí previsto, se aplicarán los artículos 129 y 130 del Decreto-ley número 019 de 2012 y los Decretos números 677 de 1995 y 843 de 2016 en su Capítulo III o las normas que los modifiquen o sustituyan.
