° Corresponde a la Contraloría General de la República examinar las cuentas pendientes de estudio, y actuar sobre los juicios de cuentas que se hallen en curso en los Ferrocarriles Nacionales, los cuales pasarán a la Auditoría Fiscal de los Ferrocarriles para que se tramiten de acuerdo con la reglamentación que expida la Contraloría.
