Las autoridades judiciales deberán informar al organismo de tránsito donde se encuentre matriculado un vehículo, de las decisiones adoptadas en relación con él, para su inscripción en el Registro Nacional Automotor, dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a su ejecutoria. Así mismo las Autoridades Judiciales deberán verificar la propiedad del vehículo antes de tomar decisiones en relación con él.
