Los Juzgados Superiores que se crean por esta Ley conocerán de los negocios pendientes iniciados antes de 1940, que existan en el respectivo Distrito Judicial. Una vez terminados estos negocios, su competencia será la misma de los demás juzgados superiores. Artículo 6: esta Ley regirá desde el 1° de agosto de 1946.
