: Las obligaciones por oro o plata contraídas bajo el imperio de la Ley 33 de 1903 , sea cual fuere la especie de la moneda nacional o extranjera que se hubiere estipulado, se harán efectivas de acuerdo con las estipulaciones hechas por los contratantes, se consideraran como expresivas de cantidad liquida y se podrán exigir por la vía ejecutiva.
