De las quejas y reclamos. El aficionado tiene derecho a que las comisiones locales de seguridad, comodidad y convivencia en el fútbol establezcan un mecanismo de recepción de quejas y reclamos, con ocasión del evento deportivo y a que estas sean tramitadas y resueltas oportuna y satisfactoriamente.
