Rehabilitación del interdicto. Cualquier persona podrá solicitar la rehabilitación del interdicto, incluso el mismo paciente. Recibida la solicitud de rehabilitación, el Juez solicitará el dictamen pericial correspondiente, así como las demás pruebas que estime necesarias y, si es del caso, decretará la rehabilitación.

Parágrafo. El Juez, si lo estima conveniente, podrá abstenerse de iniciar diligencias respecto de una solicitud de rehabilitación cuando no hayan transcurrido seis (6) meses desde la última solicitud tramitada.
