El Consejo de Estado, por si o por medio de funcionarios ordinarios administrativos que designe al efecto, podrá visitar los Tribunales de lo Contencioso Administrativo, y solicitar de ellos los datos e informes que crea convenientes, así como imponer a los respectivos Magistrados las sanciones correccionales a que hubiere lugar.

Son aplicables al Consejo de Estado las atribuciones que da el Artículo 13 de la Ley 100 de 1892 a la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
