Las capacidades y condiciones que se tendrán en cuenta para los ascensos serán las siguientes

a)

Capacidad técnica.

b)

Capacidad administrativa.

c)

Capacidad en la maniobra general del barco.

d)

Aptitud física.

e)

Aptitud para el mando.

f)

Criterio.

g)

Iniciativa.

h)

Interés y energía en el servicio.

j)

Conducta.
