Los Jefes y Oficiales, clases e individuos de tropa que comprueben ante el Ministerio de Guerra haber contraído la enfermedad de la lepra durante su servicio en el Ejercito, tendrán derecho, además del asilo en los Leprosorios Nacionales, al sueldo correspondiente a su empleo, mientras permanezcan en los Lazaretos.
