Decreto 1828 de 1996 · por el cual se establece el régimen sancionatorio y el procedimiento administrativo aplicable a las personas jurídicas reconocidas e inscritas como Usuarios Aduaneros Permanentes y a quienes utilicen las prerrogativas otorgadas a los mismos sin estar reconocidos e inscritos como tales.
