ARTICULO 110 . TERMINO PARA DECRETAR PRUEBAS. Vencido el lapso anterior el comisionado dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes, mediante auto decretará o denegará las pruebas pedidas, aceptará o rechazará las aportadas y ordenará de oficio las que considere conducentes.
