ARTICULO 109 . TERMINO PARA PRESENTAR LOS DESCARGOS. El investigado o su defensor dispondrá de un término de ocho (8) días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la entrega del pliego de cargos para presentar sus descargos, solicitar y aportar pruebas, si lo estima conveniente. Durante ese término el expediente permanecerá a su disposición en la secretaría del despacho que le haga la entrega del pliego respectivo.
