Las sumas asignadas por el artículo anterior, se girarán a los siguientes funcionarios oficiales, así: Para el Curso de Medellín, al Pagador III de la Normal Superior de Varones de Medellín; para el Curso de Tunja a la Pagadora III de la Normal Superior de Señoritas de Tunja; para el Curso de Cartagena, a la Pagadora III del Colegio Mayor de Cultura Femenina de Bolívar, de Cartagena; para el curso de Santa Marta; al Pagador III del Liceo Celedón de Santa Marta; para el Curso de Ibagué, a la Pagadora III de la Normal Superior de Señoritas de Ibagué; para el Curso de El Líbano, al Pagador III del Instituto Isidro Parra de El Líbano.
