º El Ministro, en vista de la solicitud y cumplidas las formalidades prescritas, hará extender un certificado, en la forma que se determine, certificado que, firmado por el Ministro, constituirá el título que sirva para acreditar la ampliación concedida, y deberá publicarse en el Diario Oficial, a costa del interesado.
El encargado del ramo de Patentes hará la anotación correspondiente en el libro respectivo de inscripción.
