º. El Gerente del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República distribuirá los cargos de la Planta a que se refiere el presente Decreto, mediante acto administrativo y ubicará al personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes, programas, proyectos y políticas.
