Se imponen las sanciones indicadas en los apartes a) y b) del artículo 245 por toda primera infracción no grave, y especialmente por las siguientes: 1 a Retardo en obedecer la orden recibida. 2 a Descuido en el aseo personal, de la casa, de la celda o del puesto señalado en el dormitorio o en el taller. 3 a Negligencia en el trabajo o en la escuela. 4 a Violación del silencio.
