º . Asignación de funciones. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 110 y 111 de la Ley 489 de 1998, la persona privada seleccionada mediante convocatoria pública, ejercerá las funciones determinadas en el presente decreto, sin perjuicio de que dentro del marco legal, su regulación, control, vigilancia y orientación corresponda en todo momento al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, a través de la Dirección de Comercio Exterior.
