Art. 76. Todos los buques mercantes que entren a los puertos de la República serán custodiados por un empleado del Resguardo desde el momento en que entren al puerto hasta que salgan de él. Este empleado se relevará cada dia ántes de abrir las escotillas i demás entradas selladas i previo exámen de las cerraduras.
