Artículo Quinto. Legislación Postal Nacional Es el conjunto de disposiciones contenidas en las Leyes de la República y en los demás reglamentos expedidos por el Gobierno en materia Postal, reglamentos que incluyen aquellas normas legales que pueden afectar de alguna manera los servicios postales, especialmente en lo que respecta con la introducción y circulación en el país de ciertos productos, materias o mercaderías.
