La partida de vestuario y equipo para Oficiales y Suboficiales de que trata el artículo 82 del Decreto 3071 de 1968, será acumulable. El derecho a la partida de vestuario y equipo termina una vez que el Oficial o Suboficial pasa a la situación de retiro. El saldo de las partidas de vestuario será reintegrado al artículo correspondiente del presupuesto de la respectiva Fuerza.
