Toda nave deberá tener, entre los documentos de abordo, un cuadro sumario en que consten las inscripciones hipotecarias vigentes el día de su salida. Dicho cuadro contendrá la indicación de la fecha de cada inscripción, el nombre de los acreedores y el valor de la obligación que garantiza la hipoteca, y será colocado en lugar visible del despacho del capitán.
