Declárase vigente para la República de Colombia desde el 6 de agosto de 1974, el "Convenio de Intercambio Cultural entre Colombia y Argentina", suscrito en Bogotá el 12 de septiembre de 1964, aprobado por la Ley 46 de 1973 y efectuado el Canje de los Instrumentos de Ratificación el 6 de agosto de 1974.
