º. El incumplimiento de las prohibiciones señaladas en el presente decreto dará lugar a la adopción de las medidas policivas de que trata el artículo 85 de la Ley 99 de 1993, sin perjuicio del ejercicio de las acciones civiles y penales a que haya lugar.
