Queda también autorizado el Gobierno para celebrar negociaciones de igual o semejante naturaleza destinados a instalar clubes deportivos para los funcionarios de la Administración de las otras ciudades del país que por sus condiciones y por el número de funcionarios públicos que en ellas trabajen así lo requieran.
