Revocatoria. En los términos del numeral 2 del artículo 230 de la Ley 100 de 1993, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud podrá revocar la autorización, de las Entidades Promotoras de Salud (EPS) Indígenas, entre otras causales, cuando la entidad no acredite dentro de los plazos que este organismo le señale:

Un número mínimo de afiliados de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.5.2.4.1.;

El margen de solvencia previsto en las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.
