Reimportación de mercancías . Los bienes exportados en desarrollo de los Sistemas Especiales de Importación-Exportación podrán ser reimportados en los términos y condiciones establecidos en la resolución expedida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo para tal fin y en cumplimiento de las normas aduaneras vigentes. Cuando la reimportación sea definitiva, se procederá a ajustar el resultado del estudio de demostración, si a ello hubiere lugar.
