El acto administrativo por el cual se inscriba en el registro una organización sindical, deberá ser publicado por cuenta de ésta una sola vez en un diario de amplia circulación nacional, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a su ejecutoria. Un ejemplar del diario deberá ser depositado dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes en el registro sindical del Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
