Prorrógase por dos años el auxilio concedido al Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario por el artículo 1º de la Ley 22 de 1924 , con destino a la terminación de los edificios y campos de deportes físicos que actualmente construye en esta ciudad con el nombre de Quinta de Mutis. La entrega de la suma a que se refiere este auxilio estará sujeta a lo dispuesto por el Artículo 3º de la Ley citada. Este Artículo regirá desde la sanción de la presente Ley.
