º Están exentas del impuesto del 18% de que trata el artículo 96 de la Ley 75 de 1986, las importaciones de bienes y equipos destinados a la salud, a la investigación científica y tecnológica y a la educación, donados por personas, entidades y gobiernos extranjeros a favor de entidades públicas o privadas sin ánimo de lucro, unas y otras. Así mismo, estarán exentas del impuesto del 18% las importaciones de toda clase de bienes y equipos objeto de donaciones de gobierno a gobierno.
